13 moons ago, a full lunar year cycle, marks the soft opening of our beloved space nestled in Bushwick. Aligned with the cycles of the Earth we have moved through the seasons, taking the gifts and teachings of each transition to incubate, grow, and to become the sweet blooming community that we are today.
Join us Saturday, October 13th to celebrate all of our energy, efforts and dreams that have come to life in this past year with live music, original artwork, live performances, and a taste of our new seasonal menu for Autumn!
As the story goes, 13 Moons ago we grounded our nomadic roots in Bushwick that started as a botanical catering service for events and parties. We decided to ground our energy and make a home for ourselves, creating a place for people to gather, pollinate ideas and a place to thrive. Last fall we began to collect the seeds and bounty that would sustain our community through the winter, and build the foundation of our dreams.
In the sleepy winter, Ambrosia looked inward, creating womb workshops in our Nest, sharing hot teas, and loving vibration songs, to fill ourselves with the warmth of one another as a way to keep the chill of winter from entering our bones. In that time we also activated our healing room, being blessed by the light and heart workers who surround us and share their gifts to restore and rejuvenate durning the season of hibernation and reflection.
In the spring that finally came, we rejoiced and open our Oasis Garden! We planted seeds that bloomed and now continue to flourish in our garden and give fruit. We invited bees to live with us as we pollenated our community with creative and informative workshops about mushrooms, permaculture, natural dyes, and more.
In the summer we howled at the full moon and sacred eclipses together in celebration of life and nature. As the seeds had been sowed, it was time to harvest our planted dreams. We officially opened our Ambrosia Elixir store front and shop to the public to sell our deliciously hand crafted elixirs and small bites!
As summer came to a close we were honored to host elders from around the world who walk with the message of peace, beauty, and unity for the Earth and all her creature.
We are so excited to see what this coming year will bring as we continue to share, plant and grow. However, lets take a moment of gratitude to celebrate Today, and all the accomplishments and seasons of development we have passed through together so far! It has been a beautiful journey and now it is time to celebrate!
With love and compassion, we thank you!
